Lunches and dinners at Candida’s
Guests at the Bed and Breakfast, up to six people, can arrange for cooking classes. You’ll prepare three to four dishes, depending on what’s available from the organic vegetable garden and local markets. We also produce an excellent olive oil, jam from fruit grown in the garden, and fresh eggs from our hens.

Hors d’oeuvres, first courses, and main dishes
The dishes that can be prepared include various quiches, vegetable flans, pastas with different sauces, local salamis and cheeses, rice dishes, soups, meats, salads, etc..

We can prepare desserts from traditional recipes: lemon-nut cake, tarts with home made jam, chocolate-almond cake, etc.

Wines and liquors
We serve only local wines! The limoncello is made from lemons from the garden, and the walnut liquor with walnut husks picked in June.
